I am getting this message in UDUMP TRC file 'SHUTDOWN: waiting for logins to complete.' and also I am not able to open or mount the database.

When I am trying to shut down the data base from servermager it says 'ORACLE not availabe' and If I am trying to startup with mount then it gives the message ' cannot start already-running ORACLE - shut it down first'.

Please give suggestions on this how to proceed.

after connecting with svrmgrl give the command 'shutdown abort'
